⏳ Return & Exchange Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy, starting from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
📦 Return & Exchange Conditions
To ensure a successful return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Items must be returned in the same country/region of delivery.
✅ Returns Due to PLC Parts Store Responsibility
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The item delivered is different from the model or specification you ordered.
The product arrives with transport damage or manufacturing defects.
The item is non-functional upon arrival (DOA).
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide:
A photo of the shipping label & outer packaging
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Your order confirmation or order number
👉 If confirmed, PLC Parts Store will cover the return shipping cost and arrange replacement or refund.
✅ Returns Due to Customer Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange due to:
Incorrect model ordered
Change of mind
Purchase error
Then the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged
Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories
Products purchased from non-official PLC Parts Store channels
Items specially ordered, customized, or marked as Final Sale

💰 Refund Process
After you ship your return, please share the tracking number and package photo.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days for funds to appear.

Q: What if the product is damaged during transportation?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Do you provide warranty?
Yes. Most Siemens, ABB, and other PLC parts we supply come with a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise specified). Warranty covers product defects but does not cover improper installation, misuse, or external damage.
Q: How can I track my return?
Keep your return tracking number and share it with our team. We will update you once your return is received and processed.
